Hayden Automotive Warranty Hayden Automotive warrants to the purchaser of any unit that any Hayden Automotive product is free of defects in materials and workmanship for the period of one year or 12,000 miles from the date of purchase unless stated differently below. Any units proved to be defective will be exchanged, free of charge, if returned to the seller (retail or commercial) of the unit who is authorized to perform this warranty within the warranty period stated below. Cost of removal, installation, and incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded. Hayden Automotive shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage direct or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use any product. Fan Clutches (Thermal): Five years (5) from the date of original purchase or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. Fan Clutches (Non-Thermal): One-year (1) from the date of original purchase or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Electric Fans and Accessories: One-year (1) from the date of original purchase or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Fan Clutch Fans: Four years (4) from the date of original purchase or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first and are intended to be replaced within that time period. Transmission and Engine Oil Coolers: Five years (5) from the date of original purchase or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first.
